Stebbing Parish Council (SPC) has bought two Speed indicator Device (SID) signs to assist in calming the traffic in the village and they are mobile and battery operated. SPC has identified three main locations where speeding is a problem, namely: Stebbing Green; Warehouse Road and the B1057 at Bran End. Posts and foundations have been located at the three sites and the signs will be rotated approximately on a monthly basis.

The information is provided through a number of graphs and tables and they in turn will have an explanation beneath them. The information will include the:
1.     volume of traffic passing the SID sign over a given period (graph)
2.     average speed of the vehicles for the same period (graph)
3.     volume of traffic per hour for a given month (table)
4.     average speed per hour for the same month (table)
5.     volume of speeders for the same month (table)
6.     average speeds for the speeder for the same month (table)
